Quality Meeting for April 2024
On May 10, 2024, Omni Laser has conducted a monthly quality meeting to discuss and solve the quality issues happened in April, thus to better service the clients.
The departments participating in this meeting are: Quality Depart., Production Depart., after-sales technology Depart., Sales Depart., Purchasing Depart., and Warehouse.
Content
Quality department. has counted qualification rate of raw materials and parts, testing situation of finished machines, and put forward.And the pass rate of delivery in April is 94.76%.The target value is 95%.
Sales depart. reported clients' comments, and the progress of machine after-sales maintenance.
Technical department. answered difficulties in recent after-sale service. Issues were properly addressed, Omni staffs put their ideas together to improve processes and implement quality control into daily work. Let's review an impressive case.
Case
1. Cavity Assy of the customer's hair removal handpiece have stains and the crystal is broken;
Every time the xenon lamp is replaced at the end of its life, the cavity assy, the filter and the yellow tube are stained. Sales department assisted Quality Department to immediately replied to the specific cause of the problem:the lamp has exceeded its service life and needs to be replaced. If the crystal doesn't drop out, it damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction, need to be replaced and beyond repair. Guests are advised to replace the entire cavity assy.
Cause of stain: The filter may cause the filter to be pulled out, or after being wiped There are fine impurities left on it, and after each luminescence, the impurities absorb energy, causing the filter to be damaged.The stain on the yellow tube may be due to residual impurities in the water, or because the reflection tank coating is aging Corrosion occurs when water oxidizes.
Omni Actions
On client's side, Omni quickly replied to the specific cause of the problem with clients,airlifted new cavity assy,filter,lamps and normal crystal for replacement.In the future, for the same situation, Omni will respond to customers more accurately and quickly and solve the root problem to avoid repeated occurrence.
On Omni factory's side, formulate new standards for incoming inspection of spare parts, explain the precautions of the machine in use to the customer in a timely manner.
On supplier side, after negotiations, suppliers will inspect future deliveries to Omni to the highest standards in spare parts.
