Quality Meeting for December 2024
In January 2025, Omni Laser held a monthly quality meeting to review and address the quality issues that arose in December 2024, with the goal of enhancing service and product quality for our clients.
Content
1. Quality Department: Statistics of raw materials and parts qualification rate, finished product machine testing, and put forward the factory pass rate of 96.92% in December, the target value of 95%.
2. Purchasing Department: the percentage of defective rate was 3.08% in December, increased by 3.08% compared to November..
3. Sales Department: report customer's opinion and track the progress of after-sale machine maintenance.
4. Technical Department to answer the difficult questions in the recent after-sales service. Problems were solved properly and Omni staff brainstormed to improve the process and implement quality control into daily work.
