Quality Meeting for July 2024

On August 12th, 2024, Omni held a monthly quality meeting to review the product quality for July 2024. The meeting focused on key areas such as incoming material quality, production process issues, finished product inventory, and customer feedback.     • The Quality Department presented the statistics on raw materials received in July. The qualification rate of raw materials and parts achieved a factory pass rate of 99.23%, surpassing the target value of 95%.

    • A report was provided on problems encountered during the manufacturing processes in July.

Case: Power Supply Failure

Circumstance and Cause:

One client reported a power supply failure in a SHR300 unit. The issue was initially suspected to be a control board problem but was later identified as normal aging of the power supply, given that the unit had been in use for nearly ten years.

 

Omni Actions:

  • On the Client’s Side: Omni's After-Sales Engineer promptly coordinated with the client through video troubleshooting, applying expert knowledge to accurately diagnose the problem. The necessary replacement parts were quickly dispatched, ensuring a successful one-time repair.
