Quality Meeting for November 2024

In December 2024, Omni Laser held a monthly quality meeting to review and address quality issues that arose during the month of November, with the goal of enhancing service and product quality for our clients.

Content

1. Quality Department: Statistics of raw materials and parts qualification rate, finished product machine testing, and put forward the factory pass rate of 98.08% in November, the target value of 95%.

2. Purchasing Department: the percentage of defective rate was 1.92% in November, down 0.46% compared with October.

3. Sales Department: report customer's opinion and track the progress of after-sale machine maintenance.

4. Technical Department to answer the difficult questions in the recent after-sales service. Problems were solved properly and Omni staff brainstormed to improve the process and implement quality control into daily work.

Conclusion

1. Continuous Improvement: The rapid response and effective solutions of the technical department in solving complex after-sales problems demonstrated our continuous improvement capability in problem solving and process optimization. In the future, we will continue to encourage our employees to brainstorm and continuously optimize work processes to improve the overall quality level.
2. Strengthening cooperation: During the meeting, the close cooperation and efficient communication between departments provided strong support for problem solving. Through cross-departmental collaboration, we are able to respond more quickly to customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Quality control: We will continue to strictly implement quality standards to ensure that every product meets customer expectations.
