Quality depart. has counted qualification rate of raw materials and parts, testing situation of finished machines, and put forward. Sales depart. reported clients' comments, and the progress of machine after-sales maintenance. Technical depart. answered difficulties in recent after-sale service. Issues were properly addressed, Omni staffs put their ideas together to improve processes and implement quality control into daily work. Let's review an impressive case.
Case: Screen Impurities
Circumstance and cause: client ordered a batch of SHR machines and transported by sea. After the arrival, 3 of 20 units were found to have particle magazines on display screens. Sales department assisted Quality Department to immediately retrieve the test/picture files of the machine before shipment. Screen dust was not found on the machine with the specified serial number. Subsequently, workmates checked all the inventory displays of the same model in the warehouse and found that there were individual small dust particles that may move to obvious locations with transportation collisions.
Omni Actions:
On client's side, Omni quickly airlifted new displays for replacement.
On Omni factory side, return displays with tiny dust that are currently in stock, and formulate new standards for incoming inspection of display screens.
On supplier side, after negotiations, suppliers will inspect future deliveries to Omni to the highest standards in Chinese display industry regarding impurities, and start mass production and QC for the specified products. Requested white dot and color dot(p1&p2) should not to aprear, dark dot ≤ 3pcs is acceptable(p3).
