Quality Meeting for October 2024
In November 2024, Omni Laser held a monthly quality meeting to review and address quality issues that arose during the month of October, with the goal of enhancing service and product quality for our clients.
Quality Department:
Statistics indicated that the overall pass rate of raw materials and components remained at a high level in September. Finished product testing showed that production processes were under control, achieving a factory pass rate of 99.38%, well above the target of 95%.
Purchasing Department:
The Purchasing Department analyzed the rise in defect rates, which reached 2.38% in October—an increase of 1.75% compared to September. After identifying key issues related to material inconsistencies, surface quality, and functionality, the department engaged with suppliers to implement corrective actions aimed at improving the quality of incoming materials.
Production Department:
The Production Department reported that the overall production process was stable. Corrective actions were taken to address minor surface imperfections and usability concerns identified in the customer feedback. Adjustments were also made to prevent any impact on delivery timelines while ensuring product quality.
Warehouse:
The Warehouse team provided updates on the handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods. Efficient inventory management practices were reviewed, and measures were put in place to ensure that quality checks on incoming materials were further strengthened.

Omni promptly communicated with customers regarding any identified issues, providing replacements as necessary. For recurring concerns, Omni will respond swiftly and precisely to resolve root causes and prevent future occurrences. -

New inspection standards were established for incoming parts, and customers were informed about preventive measures to ensure proper machine use. -
Supplier Side:
Agreements were made with suppliers to perform rigorous inspections on parts before delivery, aligning with Omni’s quality expectations.
